> The problematic of separate gathering of biologicaly wastes
Public holding Snaga is by middle of September 2006 planning to place 17.000 brown boxes for separate gathering of biologicaly decomposed wastes from households.
The project of separate gathering of wastes has begun last of november and according to Snaga the results of gathering aren't satisfactory. It's a fact that people can't change their habits by night and that is the key reason for unsuccess. Snaga will inform the customers about correct gathering of wastes and if the results won't improve, they will be sooner or later obliged to charge extra costs because of "dirty" wastes.
Clean wastes respectively biological wastes which belong into brown box are: Kitchen wastes - vegetable wastes (onion and potato peelings, remains of salad, cabbage, carot, radish, celery, etc), peelings and fruit remains, coffee sediment and coffee filter, tee and tee bag, food left overs, egg-shells, roten nourishment products (without liquid and package), paper bags for fruit and vegetable and paper kerchief, paper and carton package frozen food.................................................................................................. Garden wastes - flowers, grass, leaves, cutted shrubs and branches, weeds, old soil of flower growing in a pot and similar............................................ In a brown box is forbidden to dump: paper, textile, liquid kitchen wastes and oil. (15.9.2006)
> More expensive electricity
On the 1 st of August have the prices of electric energy supply for households for 4,7%, which means, that the final prices for households will rise for 1,9%. The prices will rice because the supply prices of electric energy are higher than their selling prices. The bill of average household consumer, which is now paying 7.900,00 SIT, will increase for cca 160,00 SIT per month. (4.8.2006)
> New legislation on the field of real-estates ......................................... This year came came into act two new laws, that are: real-estate recording act (ZEN, Ur. list 47/2006) and real property mass appraisal act (ZMVN, Ur. list 50/2006). ..................................................................................... On their base in a few months on the field will go registars and you will have to give them information of netto ground-plan area, which must include balcony, depository, similar rooms and other residental area. Registrars wont have meters so you'll have to find a way for measuring your property on your own. ................................................................................... Registrators will want to know, if you have in your appartment kitchen and bathroom, when did you last time reconstructed roof and facade, when did you change external lumber, what kind of heating do you have. They will be interested if some individual places are used for any activities or are they letting to rent. If you wont be at home, when the registrator will wisit you, he will leave you a note of his next visit. In a case that you in any way couldn't coordinate with registrator you must provide the information on fulfiled form, which does the Surveying and Mapping Authority of the Republic of Slovenia need, by your self, because this is according the law mandatory.
